I live in Adelaide, South Australia with my husband, gorgeous teenaged daughter and 2 very lively Sheltie dogs.

I am currently Assistant Principal at Richmond Primary School - an R-7 school with over 40 cultures represented in the student population. We are located in an inner western suburb, tucked away behind a high brick wall on one of Adelaide's busiest main roads. It's a vibrant school that is very much a hidden treasure.
I specialise in multimedia and support staff in developing interactive approaches in their learning programs using digital technologies. I especially enjoy working with digital photography.

In my spare time, I am an ICT Coach with Learning Technologies, Department of Education & Children's Services (DECS) working out of school hours with teachers in delivering courses such as Digital Tools - Interactive Whiteboards and Web2.0 technologies. I spend a lot of time exploring new programs and applications and have put back into the ict community through course development with Learning Technologies. Recently I have connected with several wikis and feel that is the way for me to connect with the wider ict community.

Im really looking forward to taking part in this challenge as a way to freshen up what Im doing but also to encourage those that I work with to believe that it's ok to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. Having made the commitment, I have to stick with it now. It will be great seeing all the challenge responses come in and I won't feel like such a passenger taking on others' ideas when I'm giving in return.
